Steve, I'm usually a big fan of oem parts but I have never been able to get
this new style seal to work for me. I've resorted to using old stock seals
or aftermarket seals from a local bearing supplier. You have to seat this
new style seal really deep to keep the outer lip and spring from being
fouled and distorted when the pinion flange is installed. I'm currently 0
for 4 on these new seals so they're a big thumbs down in my book. Cheers,
