I am a bit late in replying because I  have been offline for a week.

I bought a brand new (that's "new new", not "new old stock") one in
Melbourne, Australia about three years ago.
They are made by Scott's Old Auto Rubber. (Ask the ever helpful Mr Google
for his website.  It is something like scottsoldautorubber.com.au  If no one
can find the web link, let me know and I will look for the paperwork).

He told me the rubber used is a modern oil proof type, although I have not
had to fit it yet as the original is still working OK.
Price seemed fair, but I don't know about overseas delivery costs.
