I used one on my 1953 (tracta joint type) - but with the addition of
the non railko type bits bought separately . Seems fine in use - all
fitted well and worked out cheaper than replacing all the individual
bits. I've no idea if it is any good for the later axle but my
assumption would be that these are closer to Series II so it should be
ok.
Note that the wheel/hub bearings are available from paddocks too - I
bought these and again were fine.
