SER1 Half a Bridge

For those thinking ahead to completion of the Trans Labrador Highway, the 
CBC St Johns has an item that the bridge over the Churchill River is now 
half way over and, with luck, should touch the south shore next year. 
This is the critical infrastructure bit preventing the completion of the 
highway; once finished the political pressure to finish the job will be 
great.  With luck and a good 4x4 the road should be open to us in '07, 
although it may not be 'open'.
