Hi Diana,
I'm hoping that will not be a problem with a few contacts and a bit of
luck. The one conversation I've had with a local, the director of
economic development at Cartwright at the other end of the unfinished bit,
implied that she thought we could traverse the road as soon as the bridge
and rough grading was complete (and she thought that would be in '07).
I agree that heavy trucks could play havoc with the road, but our
footprint is relatively light and Newfoundlanders (and Labradorians) have
a pretty pragmatic approach to these things.
