  IIA/III's?  I was thinking expedition-ready, with new frames, =

  wiring and lights, faster axles, disc brakes, etc. but still=20
  field-maintainable (no electronics in mission-critical functions).

  I was thinking something that could be purchased by companies and=20
  institutions that wouldn't look twice at a used or 'restored' Landy.
