SER1 Information wanted on BBC Series Ones

Does anyone out there have any information on the BBC's use of series ones?

I have just purchased a UK based 1958 107 Station Wagon for restoration
that the previous owner tells me was used by the BBC as part of their
outside brodacast unit. 

Well I was looking for some odd bits and pieces  for the 80, and perhaps a
running vehicle for my daughter but you know what happens when you are
offered something unusual! 
Surprisingly my wife is still talking to me!

Chassis number is 131800077, registration UYL 67. Typical late 107 spec,
steel front panel, fully floating rear axle etc.

Gaydon tell me it left the factory on 28th April 1958 and went to Henleys
hence the London regestration, it was first on the road on 20th June 1958.

I am not sure if it was modified by the factory or by Henleys / BBC, maybe
someone has some information or a contact?

Its basically complete if a little rusty.
Most of the interior is there in reasonable condition. Bulkhead is beyond
repair chassis hopefully not so, but will need some new outriggers and
serious TLC.
Centre seat and tropical roof have gone, as has the centre head lining, all
the other SW bits appear to be there. 
Previous owner tells me it had an equipment rack fitted instead of the
centre seat row and a camera platform on the roof.
There are a number of plugged up holes in the roof implying something was
bolted on. 
It also has steps cut in the left hand rear wing and the locker lids have
been moved to the outside.

Previous owner bought from a surplus dealer in Glossop in 1978,  was taken
off the road in 1989 as he had been nagged by his wife to buy a "real" car.

I'll post some pics on the garage if I can figure out how, but would like
to know more its history so I don't end up restoring back to a
specification it never had!
