Thanks so much Diana....I need a a set of rims and tyres to be able to =
recover a 1953 80" from
a paddock down near Tarcutta.....I'll grab the rims and find some tires =
to enable me to winch and
get it on a trailer etc......

Thanks again and I will advise the outcome...

Cheers Bruce

  Bruce

The 231601 number is the standard for short wheelbase from 1949 =
through series 2a You should check to see if it has the ROK - Australia =
stamp, if not it may be off an early (pre '53) series 1 or imported =
model.

The 272309 are 1 3/4" offset from a 109" wheelbase but were an option =
on the 88" wheelbase

  Engine 151117192 is a 2.283 Litre from a 1961 Series 2 LWB

  Engine 25176539F is a 2.283 Litre from a 1969 Series 2a LWB

  Cheers
  Diana
