The 231601 number is the standard for short wheelbase from 1949 through =
series 2a  You should check to see if it has the ROK - Australia stamp, =
if not it may be off an early (pre '53) series 1 or imported model.

The 272309 are 1 3/4" offset from a 109" wheelbase but were an option on =
the 88" wheelbase

Engine 151117192 is a 2.283 Litre from a 1961 Series 2 LWB

Engine 25176539F is a 2.283 Litre from a 1969 Series 2a LWB

I have an enquiry regarding some part numbers....one set of numbers =
given to me=20
is from two different sets of wheel rims....set 1 is     272309   and =
set 2 is    231601
can anyone tell me what they are from?.....also two different sets of =

engine 1 is 151117192   and engine 2 is     25176539F.....any pointers =
as to age and series greatly
appreciated......
