[Templates] Apache-Template

Hi,

Does Apache-Template work under Windows with perl 5.8.4 and mod_perl 2?

I have tried installing it with ppm but it didn't find any ppd package.

I have also tried installing with CPAN, but it gave an error:

Warning: Cannot install 0, don't know what it is.
Try the command
i /0/
to find objects with matching identifiers.

I have also tried download the tar ball, and using perl makefile.pl but it
gave an error telling that mod_perl is not installed...
