We have an Apache-Template ppm package at
    http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppmpackages/
for ActivePerl 6xx builds (perl-5.6); this is based
on mod_perl-1. For ActivePerl 8xx builds (perl-5.8),
there's a port of Apache-Template for use with
mod_perl-2 available at
    http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/
