Wren-
I installed a Fairey Overdrive in my 107SW and find that the =B3extra=B2 gear u=
s
very useful. When the truck is loaded down or I=B9m climbing a hill, the
engine can=B9t pull it with the O/D engaged. It seems like the engine doesn=B9=
t
have quite enough juice to really make it go. I have the 107 fitted with
215/85R16s. Some say having 750s would be better because they are taller
and I=B9d have better top end road speed. I do have to say, I like having th=
e
option to split gears and when I can make the O/D work, it is great to
have. Now mind you, this is in a 107...in an 86=B2 I have to think you woul=
d
be very happy and you=B9d see some improvement.
There=B9s my 2 cents worth.
