I'm no cricket fan but surely it can't be 0 for 57 in their second innings.
It must be 57 for 0 or is it likes dates in the USA that are written

Yes, while missing the sideline diversions and half time shows of American
games, cricket, as I recall is a game replete with arcane expressions such
as "bowling a maiden over, ""silly mid off,"short square legs," and the
games are fueled with a heady mix of cucumber sandwiches and club house tea.
Having settled our colonial differences some years back, the game is even
played in the States with it[s own league.
Cheers to both sides represented on the list and Have a good Test

          G'Day Rob,
Cricket is a sport, played throughout the civilised world.
Currently there is a test match series going on between New Zealand and
Australia. The game that Shane refers to is the second test in Adelaide. A
cricket test match lasts for five days and there are no pom-pom girls etc.
unlike American football, which just seems to last for five days.
I will leave an explanation of the rules and terminology to
somebody else. At stumps yesterday (end of day three), the Austrlians were 0
for 57 in their second innings. Play on day four is due tio get underway in
less than an hour.
Glad to be of some assistance
