What we need is a sponsor, of course, such is as found for the Louis  Vuitton 
rally etc. That rally is held in exotic places and shipping companies  found 
to transport the cars free. Doubt whether Ford would approve of Land  Rover 
sponsoring us, though !

Great  idea - we can start a fund to pay for shipping our non U.K. Land
Rovers and  each pays for their own air fares.  There shouldn't be more than
a  hundred or so non-U.K/European members.

Perhaps we could get a car  ferry to sail around the world picking up
members, just like a school  bus.

Only a thought!
