    G'Day Murray,
    There are quite a number of us Aussies on the list now, welcome.
    If your vehicle drives OK in 1st, 2nd and reverse as you indicate, 
the problem will not lie with the clutch. Does the gear lever move into 
the 3rd and 4th gear positions or does it refuse to move in the 3rd-4th 
gate? The gearbox is the same as that in your IIA. I do not have a 
manual with me at work but if you have one, look in the gearbox faults, 
symtoms section for further clues. Initially I am suspecting that the 
selector fork is sliding on its shaft.
