Many thanks to Craig, Allan, Steve, George and others for offering =
thoughts on my 3rd and 4th gear selection problem.  With the top cover =
off the box again, and selectors removed, Craig's diagnosis was 100% =
accurate and the suggested method for correcting the problem had my 3rd =
and 4th gears operating perfectly within one hour.=20
