Ian,
I used the POR 15 products on my bulkhead and was very satisfied with 
the results.  Pictures of my 80" are in the Garage.  They sell kits and 
other than gloves and a normal dust mask you should be okay for 
exposure to the paint itself.  You should also save around $900 dollars 
and put it towards some fun stuff.  I also used the POR 15 marine 
enamel to paint the whole vehicle and it has held up well.  It takes a 
little care in the prep and application but the finish is very tough.
