I have seen Penrite advertised within the UK and have come across a
number of people recommending it. There is also a firm by the name of
"Millers" who specialise in additive free lubricants for classic,
vintage and veteran vehicles: I can't make any personal recommendations
for Millers oils or Penrite as I am using another brand the name of
which eludes me at the moment - it is an additive free mineral oil but
best of all a near neighbour stocks it and doesn't charge me too
excessively....
Take a flick through some of the classic tractor magazines in the UK or
even some of the ones for steam enthusiasts - they all want additive
free mineral based oils to protect their bronze and white metal bearings
so there should be a good range of suppliers out there.
