I fitted Series III swivel-arms to my 80", and found that mounting them
on the bottom of the swivel housing caused problems with the bars
fouling on the springs... so I ended up with LHD arms mounted on top for
my RDH vehicle
(I also kept the top-and-bottom races rathern than the Ralko bush - for
lighter steering <grin />)
