Go to a local crappies, and have a look at Peugot's - many of them have 
pusher fans mounted in front of the radiator.
I know a few people who've gone that route.

If you want to go the whole-hog, and have it thermostatically 
controlled, then the thermostats from both Kenlow & Pacet are available 
seperately...
