In Northern Ireland there's no need to deliberately introduce muddy
patches on the roads -farmers and contractors do that for free! Oh, and
the Roads Service are very good about neglecting to repair pot-holed
stretches of road - in places you could 'almost' do a bit of rock
crawling!

Speaking of re-manufacturing Series 1s, I can't help but feel that
concept of the original 80" is embodied in the 'side by side' ATVs - I
think one of them is the Kawasaki Mule: Suzuki and John Deere also make
them.  I think Landrover have missed an opportunity to show off their
heritage and current technology in the form of one of these ATVs - they
could even be made to the original 80" wheel base!
