Yea, we are a picky group, aren't we?  We seemed to have covered the
flaws pretty quickly.  On the upside though, it's nice to see several
good pics of a running example.  They are so few of these around that
it's fun to see what else is still out there rolling around, take
inventory of what they've got, and see how it stacks up to yours.  He
has to have meant a '58.

The radiator looks to be one from a late six cyl Series 2a.

One of 16 known to exist?  I probably know of more than that.

But it is still the 1948 - 49 model that gets me.  As Allan Harding says
of
the 3,000 1948 models built, 15,000 are in Australia and now we know of
a
1948 107" in the UK.

Hi Mike,

good observation about the rear door being installed on the front. But
it
gets better....Check out the pictures and see the front door is on the
rear!
The bumperettes are not gen either. The rad is bodged and is there a
brake
booster to the left of the rad? The rims come from a later Series rig.

The 107 SW is a really desirable Land Rover but...Caveat Emptor on this
one.
Its as if some drunk mechanic bolted this 107 together again.LOL!!
