Just a thought but aren't people being a bit harsh.
Why is it that people in land rover series one circles seem to like to
critisise what people have done to their land rover if it isnt original
instead of congratulating them on what they have achieved..
The series one club members seem to like to pull apart a restoration and
point out all of the bad bits instead of congratulating a person on their
rebuild which has probably been done to the best of their ability. We are
not all master crafts men who can afford to throw lots of money at restoring
a vehicle which to be honest is never worth the amount of money invested.
How many people on this list have a land rover they have taken apart with
good intentions of restoring and yet it is still in many pieces. Why not
stop the nit picking and start praising someone for getting another series
one back on the road.

One other thing, how do all the list members that are slating this land
rover know that the seller is not a fellow list member?? You are slating the
hard work that has been put in. I don't know who the person is selling this
vehicle, but I do know I wouldn't like it if it was mine
