One small bit of advice with tank sealers:  the inside must be free of 
rust for it to adhere properly.  If you use a de-ruster or de-scaler, 
throw in a bicycle chain when you agitate it.   The chain is much 
easier to retrieve than rocks, nuts and bolts or whatever is 
recommended to break the scale loose.
