The problem I had was hard to shift in and out of low range and high
wouldn't spring back.after engaging. I found that the selector shafts in
the transfer case were rusted and sticking in the housing, Remove the dust
cover from the front of the transfer case and check for corrosion on the
shafts and the adjustment on the selector.I found that once the shafts were
clean and the locking pin was free my problems were solved. Check it out
best of luck Peter.
