Radiator muff / bit of cardboard in front of it works wonders. If you have
time and a mains socket near the car why not throw in an electric fan
heater for 20 mins in the morning before you use the old girl, This way
with the interior air already warm the heater will be keeping it warm NOT
trying to warm up -6 air.
A small wood burning stove in the bed would be a nice period feature ;-)
