3/4" Galvanized Electical Conduit.  I didn't have a soft top at the 
time, so I just measured from my hard top and bent her up.  I used two 
short pieces to connect above the door tops to the windscreen.  The top 
is held on with chrome rings at the windscreen, velcro along the sides, 
two inside ties back to the windscreen and tie downs at the back.  I get 
comments wherever I go with it.
