Hi Michael
 I think you may have missed the point of the photo on the preceding page.
I'm showing how the front bumper can be used as a press. It's very useful if
you want to press the bead of a tyre off a wheel rim, prior to patching an
inner tube or changing and refitting the tyre. I'm not jacking up the
vehicle to change a wheel.
 I definately wouldn't recommend lifting the full weight of the vehicle, on
the side wall of a tyre.
I think I'd better change the wording on that part of the page to make my
meaning clearer.
Still, I'm glad you found "Virtual Landrover" amusing.
