All I can say is that there aren't enough copies around.  Particularly if
they were originally GB£20.00 and now command GB£170.00 on eBay.

Just out of interest, how many of these books are there around. Do any book
stores carry them. I have one which was given to me years ago and have found
it good reading. Peter.
