Rob,
I think Motorbooks had initially advised Karen that they might be
willing to do a print run if there was potential to sell 1500 to 2000
copies - correct me If I have misquoted you Karen ;o)  In consideration
of this and the possibility  that not all the members of the list would
want a copy of the book, we would probably need support from other LR
related clubs and associations.  For this reason I have e-mailed the
Editor of 'Legend' The Series 1 Club Magazine to see if he would print a
few lines in the magazine to establish if there is sufficient interest
to convince Motorbooks to issue another print run.  If I get any
feedback from that quarter I will convey to Karen the number of
interested parties.
If Motorbooks will not play ball and they neglect to publish the book
for a sufficiently long period of time, thanks to Bill's postings we
know that there may be a possibility that the publishing rights could
lapse back to Mr Taylor who might then seek another publishing deal:
that is a lot of 'mights' and we have still to explore that avenue.  At
present I guess we are just enquiring as to how and whether the book
could be reprinted and in particular gauging the level of interest in a
reprint.  If we know there is sufficient interest then we could take
concrete steps towards securing a reprint!
