One thing to remember -- While we are all interested in buying a copy 
our numbers are really very limited.  Once we all have our own copy how 
many more will any publisher sell?  I doubt that very few publishers 
would be willing to do a run of  - what 750? copies of a large, fully 
illustrated book.
