Is it possible to make a photocopies-reprint?
We just need 1 book to cut the back of, and can photocopie as much as we 
need. The costs are not that big, and we all have a copies!
This is possible with a limited amount of copies.
We could also use the scans to make a PDF file and distribute these to 
everyone ho pays the bill ;-)
Of course we need permission first!
