The owners of the copyright have been asked about re-publishing several
times in recent years, but they have always declined for some reason.
The
two thoughts that I have always had are that it would benefit from a new
expanded edition to incorporate the increased information, knowledge and
photographs now available. Bearing that in mind, perhaps, rather than
waste
time and money negotiating to re-publish, the time has come for a
completely new book (including some advice for would be restorers?).
