Craddocks do, or did have fully floating S1 halfshafts in stock a couple of
years ago. I bought a couple to rebuild my 86" back axle after breaking a
halfshaft. These, and some hubs off a dead Series 2 axle did the job a
treat. Even managed to find a pair of 'knobbly' drive flanges so it matches
the front axle, rather than the round Series 2-3 ones.
Wether these halfshafts were mega rare old stock Series 1 parts, or readily
available Lightweight parts, I don't know...

PS: the diffs I have in the 107" are 4.3 ratio. I understand they are from
a Rover car but not certain. One of them was fitted in the back axle when I
got it, and the other one was in the spares pile from my 1960 series 2 with
a couple of normal diffs, so got bunged in the front axle so I could use 4wd!
