Luckily there is not enough rain on my fathers block
to ever have to worry about mowing the grass!

I was hoping the guard was a little later,...I'll just
have to learn how to weld aluminium, or maybe seek
professional assistance.

Incidentally, I have the very sad remains of what I
believe is a 1950 motor,....#06105381....does that
sound right? It was a pile of parts in the corner of a
collapsed shearing shed on a property north of White
Cliffs. I've been planning to take it to one of my
fathers veteran car club mates to see if the block is
reclaimable, there's quite a bit of rust in the bores.
But having seen what they are prepared to do with
rusty lumps of iron,...who knows?
