Hi Keith,

No adapter required, but if memory serves the throttle lever has to be 
swapped to the other end of the rod.  On my 2.0 the lever at full throw 
touched the manifold, which I cured by grinding a touch (2-3 mm) off the 
latter; bending the lever might work also.

Re places to buy, DAP in vermont has them on the shelf as 2.25 conversion 
kits.

Re Ben's question, don't know if the conversion works as well on the 1.6.
