If it's any consolation councils are the same or even worse in the UK. The
whole fabric of our society seems to have gone down the pan. We are buried
with tick box petty politically correct officials and police who will book
you for eating an apple whilst stuck in a traffic queue.  ...It all started
long before Robertsons were forced to take Gollywogs off their marmalade
jars.
We are lucky to be able to still run old motors in the UK but's a freedom
that is eroded constantly...there will soon be a "possesion tax" whether you
use it or not, even parked on your own land out of use completely.
