Greetings George,

I don’t have a source for a wiper motor – yet, as i just bought my car a 
month ago.
My Minerva does have 2 different wiper motors:
A bosch unit, made in Spain (bosch is a German company) at the left hand 
site, and a Mitsuba wiper motor on the anther side. I do not know witch 
one is original.
On a normal series one, a Lucas unit is normally used witch are 
expensive, if you buy them new.

There is a parts supplier in Belgium, and if I am there (I’m planning to 
visit him in the near future) I will keep my eyes open for a wiper 
motor. Near my hometown is a normal land rover breaker. I can ask him 
for a wiper motor to, if you want.
