Hi Tom,

I thought about stock (Boston) gears but the pinion is part of the motor 
armature shaft, both are helical, and I'm sure they're both cut on the 
module system rather than the English/North American pitch system.  I also 
thought about cutting one, but a replacement motor would be cheaper. 
Your idea of investment casting a gear or two is interesting, however.  I 
hadn't thought about that.
