Hi Mark,
A couple of inexpensive fixes you might try before re-sleeving the master cylinder or buying one.  I found a hone made for the task that would fit in a drill. This smoothed the bore. Then I bought a rebuild kit which is the same for a Ser II as our trucks. It is basically two rubber grommets or seals.  I found I had a good vacuum with the repair and it has worked very well for the last couple of years.  Others on the list have either re-sleeved the bore or replace with a Seris 2 unit
