    Thats good,
Timing "belt" is a duplex chain, it is hydraulically tensioned. The
tensioner has a rachet mechanism to take up the initial adjustment. If
the teeth on the timing sprocket on the crank are worn (they become
quite pointy), I would suggest changing the sprocket and chain. One or
two special tools are required to refit the tensioner.
Not certain about the thickness of the clutch plate, if the rivets
are close to being exposed, its time to change it. Given that the clutch
plate can be refaced on a service exchange basis, and it is relatively
inexpensive, it would be worthwhile changing it in any case.
What engine is it? Other than the condition of the usual pistons,
rings, bores, crankshaft and bearings, valves and guides, in the 1.6 and
early 2.0 -litre engines, the rocker shafts and camshaft tend to wear
and get rattly.
    Cheers
