I hope you have good communications equipment - even Mawson had a radio
repeater on Herd Island.  Now I see why you need a passenger.

Seeing that you are in the Northern Hemisphere and the opposite coriolis
effect, shouldn't you be pushing the TT instead of pulling it?

No.  I originally sketched the trip out as a North American 'tip of the
hat' to the Golden Overland and hoped to have three (or more) Series Ones
aboard, but that went overboard and so did my other vehicles.  Meanwhile
I've been interviewed by Newfoundland/Labrador newspapers, the CBC radio
in St Johns, and published in a letter appearing in Canadian Geographic,
so unless I can't answer the bell I'm going.  I told Margaret this morning
that I might include a man-harness ala Scott in case I have to drag the
damn thing across :-)
