    G'Day Brett,
    Just use nothing for sealing the floor panels. That's the way they 
were and there is no point in waterproofing because any water is going 
to come in from dozens of other places if you are into wading. Not 
having seals/sealant may help any water to drain back out again and 
makes subsequent removal of the floor easier. Just use your favourite 
anti-seize compound on the threads of the securing bolts.
