Actually, you shouldn't need a "conversion" as such. My '49 has Standard 
Series swivels, and therefor standard everything-else (apart from the 
knuckle-joint half-shafts.

I actually prefer the twin-bearing setup, and have converted a few axles 
to this setup.

You should be able to simply but the reilko bush and bearing from your 
standard land rover parts supplier....
