<P>Thanks Diana, but Uk and Billing is much nearer and also I have a spare engine 璯 a friends workshop 40km from here. But I weld it a half an hour ago and now it愀 fresh painted. Tomorrow I will built in the fan pulley and hope, that it will work. I think that愀 a minor problem in having a little difference in centrifucal force of the welding side. The whole part is not a precision piece. So I think it will work and make no difference. Do You agree my opinion?</P>

<DIV></DIV>&gt;tomorrow morning I start the engine( 2l petrol,S1, 86")and let it run forhalf an hour to get it warm. Blue and white smoke get愀 less, so that the condencewater and rest of oil burns away. Exhaust smoke gets cleaner and cleaner. But then I saw, that the fanpulley has contact to one screwhead of the water front cover assembly. I stopped the motor and saw, that the fanpulley(part nr.: 230492 has a halfround crack . In front of the belt disk is the cover where to fix the fan. This "cylinderpot" has a halfround crack at the edge, like the lid breaks away from a pot.
